We are living in a world which is interconnected in many ways for Trade, services, medicines and even for defence, given that constraints its not that much good to maintain barbaric expression with our neighbour rather than bonhomie.
We can choose our friends not our neighbours, the very famous say has some deepest meaning, u can find out if u delve. There are many historical evidence in b/w India and pak related terrorism and infiltration on LOC indeed the very recent Uri, that sucks 17Soldiers lives. In this aggressive tensed time the things do by India can rift, can't be ever imbue in Diplomatic relations.

A Government which dont even know how to solve Internal matters can solve International Problem is the need of the hour question by so many international org on human rights violations.
Indeed become NSG member is another flagship longing by NDA in International arena, to attain that India needs china, in Seoul ( south Korea) at the NSG plenary summit china alleged for Pakistan to too became NSG member, untill sign NPT ( Non proliferation trearty ) its not that much good to Point China.
In my point china will never ever support India in Reg Pakistan matters. Even in BRICS (Goa) India can't raise the voice against pak because Russia and china will never allow that. China and Russia jointly showcase their naval operations in South china Sea shows the solidarity between them. Even the whole world ready to isolate North Korea but china not. In Thad near South Korea US starts stabilizing its Base wary of China and Russia .
By simply saying like " Definitely go unpunished" has no meaning. Punishing them is not a solution. As I said already the world is interconnected. If u suppose isolate Pakistan repercussions could be China will stop its imports from India. We dont have not that much power to declare war against the pak (am not saying , its coming in Today's TheHindu Editorial page article "The limited option), given these all constraints its good to main good rapport between the neighbor rather than always recited them as Terrorist nation and so on
Until panama papers revelations the understanding between Nawaz sheriff and Narendra Modi well went of, now the government has no valid say in this regard, military took over already.
